AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is emphasizing the significance of Hispanic Heritage Month through a series of events aimed at connecting businesses with the Hispanic community.
The chamber, known for its active role in education, networking, and resource provision, will host events such as their monthly Hora Social, a special Hispanic luncheon, and a Heritage Junction to honor community leaders.
Ana Ramirez from the chamber said, “It’s important that we teach our children so that they don’t lose their values. It doesn’t mean we love our country any less. We’re just proud of where we come from. All the great things we’ve accomplished. Like. Like we all should be.”…
