EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A wanted man with four outstanding criminal warrants was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 14, after a short foot pursuit in far East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO).
At around 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 14, deputies were dispatched to the 3800 block of John Christopher Drive about a possible burglary of a habitation in progress.
Upon arrival, deputies observed and made contact with a man matching the suspect description provided. The individual was later identified as 34-year-old Daniel J. Dennis, who had four outstanding criminal warrants, according to EPCSO.
As deputies attempted to place Dennis into custody, he fled on foot. A short foot pursuit ensued before Dennis was apprehended without further incident…
