St. Louis woman injured in Interstate 270 crash

A two-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning left a St. Louis woman with minor injuries on Interstate 270 south of Highway 30.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 8:28 a.m. when a 2025 Kia K5, driven by a 29-year-old woman from Pevely, slowed for traffic congestion. A northbound 2011 Honda Civic, driven by a 22-year-old woman from St. Louis, struck the rear of the Kia.

The driver of the Honda Civic was wearing a seat belt and was transported by the Bellville Fire Protection District to Mercy South Hospital with minor injuries…
