WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Rodents running free, exposed lead paint and sewage problems are just some of the issues neighbors say they are facing in a Northeast D.C. apartment complex.
Since October 2024, the D.C. Department of Buildings has documented 48 violations at Dahlgreen Court apartments, totaling more than $35,000.
“Just last night, I’m sitting in my apartment and hearing rats run through my wall,” said Leon Lightfoot Jr.
