(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A man has been arrested after allegedly shooting at someone on Tuesday, Sept. 16, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
Around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, officers with the Sand Creek Division responded to a call about gunshots near 3700 Astrozon Boulevard, near the intersection of South Academy Boulevard and Hancock Expressway. According to police, the suspect, now identified as 48-year-old Burnest Johnson, allegedly fired a shot at a victim, but the victim was not hit.
Further investigation found that Johnson’s sister was the ex-girlfriend of the victim, and had been seen with the victim earlier that evening…
