Ward 3 residents hear from officials, voice concerns during STAR Village meeting

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The STAR Village pilot program from the city of Tucson aims to provide a creative solution to the homelessness crisis, but many are opposed.

For at least a year, the project will house about 25 homeless women and non-binary individuals at an open-air encampment near Grant and Stone.
