Drunk in court, Selkirk man who lost license gets Felony DWI driving home

Kameron Gonzalez had prior DWI conviction within 10 years

DELMAR – A Selkirk man with a history of drinking and driving is almost twice the legal limit after driving from a Bethlehem Town Court appearance. He also did not have a valid license.

According to reports, a Bethlehem detective observed Kameron Gonzalez, 23, of Selkirk while he was in court for a prior matter and appeared to be intoxicated. He was observed speaking with a woman, later identified as his lawyer, in the lobby.

A second officer who was made aware of the situation followed Gonzalez out of the court and observed him stumbling side to side on the sidewalk. He then crossed the street and walked to the back end of the Bethlehem Public Library parking lot, and the officer lost sight of him.
