MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) – Santee Cooper on Thursday will test 15 of its warning signs for the Santee Dam Flood Plain in three South Carolina counties.
During testing, Santee Cooper will set off each siren in test mode, which will include a one-minute siren, followed by a pre-recorded message and a live announcement concluding the message.
