A crash involving a Pembroke Pines police cruiser left an officer hospitalized and shut down part of a roadway on Thursday morning, according to authorities.
The crash involving three cars happened on Pines Boulevard westbound at 96th Avenue.
Police said the collision was an accident prompted by a driver who “improperly turned left directly in front of the officer’s path.”…
