Wilmington and its surrounding areas will host numerous fall festivals from September to November. Crafts, food, music, and film will be offered at many of these family-friendly, affordable, or free events. Here’s a look at some highlights of these festivities:
September
September events include the Cape Fear Latinos Festival, held on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Live Oak Bank Pavilion, located in Riverfront Park, 10 Cowan St., in downtown Wilmington. The family-friendly event honors Hispanic Heritage Month with live music, dance, children’s activities, community resources, food, and a parade beginning at 11 a.m.
