HARTFORD, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – In the early morning hours of Sept. 17, a parked, eastbound Minnehaha Deputy Sheriff’s car was struck by a westbound driver who crossed the lane in Hartford.
The deputy’s vehicle was parked off the roadway.
The westbound driver was identified as Kira Elizabeth Blackbear,43.
Investigators on scene located a drug pipe and marijuana in the passenger’s seat…
