PHELAN, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A stolen tractor investigation led deputies to the discovery of an illegal firearm and multiple arrests in Phelan, according to a written statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, investigators with the Rural Crimes Task Force followed up on a tractor theft reported in July.
