One day, Lori White, a volunteer with ARPO (The Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership), went for a routine visit to her local shelter.
In addition to being a volunteer, Lori had several foster kittens and didn’t plan on adopting more. But that trip to the shelter changed everything.
