ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Greene County man who authorities believe is a serial shoplifter who targeted big-box stores in Albemarle County has been arrested.
On Wednesday, Sept. 17, officers with the Albemarle County Police Department arrested 36-year-old Brian Tichner of Greene County, who was wanted on multiple shoplifting warrants and for felony credit card theft.
Investigators identified Tichner as a suspect in multiple big-box store thefts across Albemarle. Police said he may also be involved in other theft and shoplifting cases within the county…
