UPSTATE, S.C. (WSPA) – Eight animals and three people were exposed to rabid animals in Greenville and Anderson Counties, according to the Department of Public Health.
A kitten, found near Veryfine Drive and Ariel Court, had tested positive for rabies in Fountain Inn. Three people and five cats were exposed and are under quarantine, according to the DPH.
