A Massachusetts man has been charged after being accused of recording women at a department store.
According to statement by police, on Monday, at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers from the Lincoln Police Department responded to Target at the Lincoln Mall for a report of a male allegedly secretly recording women while they shopped.
Upon arrival, officers located the individual, later identified as 23-year-old Joseph Archambault of Millville.
An investigation revealed that Archambault had been using his phone to secretly record multiple women without their knowledge or consent. These recordings took place in the shopping aisles within Target. Surveillance footage from the store corroborated the received reports…
