MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – A Union Springs man has been charged for his role in a head-on crash that killed two people back in May of 2024.
Jeremy Humphrey, 36, of Union Springs, was indicted June 20 on two counts of reckless murder, the indictment alleging that he was under the influence of alcohol the night of the crash.
The crash happened May 5, 2024, around 11:30 p.m., when two cars collided head-on.
Humphrey, the driver of one of the cars, was taken to Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery for treatment of his injuries…
