LEAGUE CITY, Texas—A League City man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian earlier this week.
James Collins Jr., 62, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Collision Involving Death. His bond has been set at $250,000.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 16, at approximately 9:40 p.m. when League City Police officers responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 3300 block of W.
