An old motel by the Boise Airport with a history of unpaid taxes, evictions, and reports of drug use is under new ownership.
The Airport Inn went up for auction at the Ada County Courthouse on Thursday, and only one bidder was interested in the property.
SolPacific LLC and Pacific West Communities, represented by Pacific West Communities owner Caleb Roope, acquired the property with a winning bid of $433,773.35 on Thursday.
