COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) issued a shelter-in-place order Thursday afternoon due to law enforcement activity.
At 1:25 p.m., CSPD issued the order for the area around the Stetson Meadow Apartments at 6100 Mustang Meadow Point, near Barnes Road and Tutt Boulevard.
