A man was shot to death and another injured in the parking lot of a Southeast Portland bar early Thursday morning, police said.
Officers detained a man at the scene and said “no suspects are currently being sought.”
Police arrived in the 8200 block of Southeast Harrison Street at about 2:10 a.m., according to the Portland Police Bureau. They found a man dead and another man with “non-life-threatening injuries.”…
