BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A Bethlehem man who was drinking alcohol before a crash that killed his front-seat passenger has been sentenced.
Matthew Torres was sentenced to four years to 11 years and eight months, according to a news release from the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office.
