A Texas man has been sentenced to prison in the 2021 kidnapping of a 3-year-old girl in west Birmingham.
U.S. District Court Judge Anna M. Manasco sentenced Steven Andrew Holguin, 42, of El Paso, 17 ½ years in prison followed by a life term of supervised release, according to Northern District of Alabama U.S. Attorney Prim Escalona.
