Christian Ministries Are Available on Campus

Community is important for college students. For students wanting to prioritize their faith, the University of North Georgia has several ministries for different denominations. Within these ministries, students can grow a faith-based community and find people with whom they can relate.

The Living Room has a mission to be a home away from home for adults, mostly college, ages 18-25. They aim to be a place where people feel belonging. The Living Room is hosted at Browns Bridge Church Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. For further information, go to UNGconnect.

Since I got here my freshman year, TLR was the only place I felt safe and loved enough to ask questions, dive in deep, be vulnerable, and get to know the students and leaders around me. From my freshman year to now, there has been so much development and growth.
