(Undated) — The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded has ticked higher over the last week. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.21 a gallon, up three cents from last Friday. Here in Illinois, drivers are paying an average of $3.41 a gallon, down seven cents from the end of last week. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.08 per gallon, fourteen cents lower than a week ago. Mississippi drivers are paying the lowest statewide average $2.69 a gallon, a penny lower than last Friday. California drivers are paying the highest at $4.65 a gallon, up two cents from last Friday…
