Residential treatment facility escapee caught and charged, U.S. Attorney’s Office Northern District says

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man has been charged with escaping “lawful custody from a residential treatment facility”, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office Northern District of Florida.

Trashad Laron Roberts, 34, has been indicted and the trial date is set to take place November 4. Roberts appeared in federal court for his arraignment on September 16 in Tallahassee.

The attorney’s office said Roberts is facing up to five years of imprisonment…
