New signs highlight Indian Creek Watershed to boost local water quality awareness

LINN COUNTY, Iowa — The Indian Creek Watershed Management Authority (ICWMA) has installed 127 new watershed signs at 39 locations to help residents connect with and protect their local waterways.

The effort, supported by an Iowa Department of Natural Resources grant, placed signs in Alburnett, Hiawatha, Cedar Rapids, Marion, Robins, Linn County, and Linn County Conservation parks.
