AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A woman will be prosecuted for her role in starting a fire that destroyed a building on Amarillo Boulevard earlier this month.
A Potter County grand jury indicted 31-year-old Lindsay Nicole Rouse for arson, a second-degree felony.
