The assets of a Colonie dealership that is at the center of a fraud investigation are being auctioned off.
The owner of Bul Auto, Vladimir Ranguelov, was arrested last month in Jacksonville, Florida. He is accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from people trying to buy a high-end sports car from his dealership, including Lamborghinis, Maseratis and other items.
Collar City Auctions in Troy said the auctioned items will help pay for Bul Auto’s outstanding loans and maybe reimburse some of the victims…
