BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with kidnapping a woman Sept. 5.
Eric Murphy was taken into custody Sept. 15. He is charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and impersonating a peace officer.
