ELLICOTT CITY, MD—A Parkville man faces multiple charges after allegedly rear-ending a marked Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) patrol vehicle and fleeing the scene in Ellicott City.
According to the Maryland NRP’s summer 2025 summary report, the incident occurred on June 20, when an NRP officer was stopped on Frederick Road at Main Street. A gold Acura sedan rear-ended the patrol vehicle, and the driver initially stopped to assess the damage.
