SCDC food service employee accused of giving vapes to inmates

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A South Carolina Department of Corrections food service warehouse employee is being charged after allegedly buying vapes and then giving them to inmates.

SCDC said Corina Richards-Parnell, 34, was found to have been selling the electronic cigarettes between June 24 and July 18.
