DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A landscaping worker is dead after allegedly being shot after an argument in east Dayton Thursday.
Police said there were people from a landscaping company working in the yard of the house on Indiana Avenue shortly after 11 a.m.
According to the police, the neighbor of the home being worked on came out and began arguing with the landscapers, leading to gunshots.

The victim was located on the sidewalk when police arrived.
Medics tried to treat the victim on scene, but he had to be transported to Miami Valley Hospital where he died from his injuries…
