INDIANA (WSBT) — Employees of Raydia Food Group received a letter alerting them that the company will be stopping operations.
Formerly known as Stanz Food Service, it was a major food distributor for many local businesses in the area before being taken over by Raydia just a few years ago.
A former employee said when ownership changed, everything else did as well, telling WSBT 22:
“It was clear that they were not intent on learning what made us successful. They brought with them their own understanding of how things should be. After only three years, here we are. That’s the difference. It’s just an amazing waste of not only the business but we went from 200 people to none today,” said former employee.”…
