‘We see this as a catalyst’ || Abandoned Vose School refurbished into Alcoa apartments

ALCOA, Tenn. — The Vose School, the only place in Alcoa on the National Register of Historic Places, has good bones.

Now, it’s been transformed to a building that houses four apartments.
