Police address concerns of Memphis criminals coming to Jonesboro

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – The National Guard is set to have boots on the ground in Memphis, and there are concerns that criminals could cross into Northeast Arkansas.

On Wednesday, Sept. 18, the West Memphis Police Department issued a stern warning not to cross city borders.

And here in Jonesboro, Police Chief Rick Elliot said they have received some calls to see if they are monitoring the situation…
