WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) arrested a second suspect in the death of a teenage boy in 2019.
MPD said that around 7:25 p.m. on April 27, 2019, officers responded to a wooded spot close to the 5200 block of Canal Rd. NW after someone reported finding an unconscious person.
