BOWLING GREEN — A Bowling Green couple alleges in a new lawsuit that the city has imposed an “illegal and arbitrary monetary penalty on residents with rooftop solar installations.”
The case was filed against the city of Bowling Green by Leatra Harper and her husband, Steven Jansto, who moved to Bowling Green from Grand Rapids, Ohio, in August, 2018.
