Wilmington City Council to talk social district, infrastructure and more at upcoming meeting

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – On Sept. 23, the Wilmington City Council will hold a meeting on upcoming city projects and funding.

According to a press release from the City of Wilmington, the public hearing will focus on the city of Wilmington’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), which details how the city distributes Federal CDBG and HOME investment partnership funds.

Members of the public who want to submit written comments for the public hearing can do so using this online form. Comments received electronically before noon on Monday, Sept. 22, will be added to the public record…
