WORCESTER ― A sports bar called The Place is set to open at 102 Green St. after the License Commission approved the business owners’ application for an alcohol license on Thursday, Sept. 18.
The location, a one-story brick building that was recently painted jet black and stretches to 106 Green St., is across from apartment complex The Cove, which was built on the former grounds of Sir Morgan’s Cove.
