TOYAH, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Bodycam footage shows the final moments before an Oklahoma murder suspect, who had been spotted in El Paso the day before, appears to shoot himself before deputies can arrest him.
The video, which comes courtesy of the Reeves County Sheriff’s Office, shows deputies approaching 35-year-old Jeffrey Scott Baker, who had been last seen at an El Paso Dollar General store, now walking along I-20 near Toyah, just outside of Pecos, on Tuesday afternoon.
