- The proprietors are Chad and Tori Arnold who are also the local franchisees for the fast-growing Summer Moon chain. The new location will provide all the bakery items for the OKC-area Summer Moon locations.
- The building is being renovated, with the historic barrel roof being completely refurbished.
- The space was originally a Clyde’s grocery store constructed in 1948. The former TG&Y space to the south is also being renovated and is for lease.
