Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson on Wednesday announced charges against a Kansas City man for his role in a carjacking and stand-off with police that took place last week.
Tyrin Mosby-Sherman faces one count of 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, one count of Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop by Fleeing, one count of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and one count of 1st Degree Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. * If convicted, the D felony charges carry a maximum sentence of seven years in prison and the E felony charges carry a maximum sentence of four years in prison.
