ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – More tiny homes for homeless veterans are coming to the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood in North City.
There are currently 20 homes in various stages of construction, and now the second phase is beginning, creating even more tiny homes.
