MOSES LAKE — A Tacoma man is behind bars after Moses Lake detectives intercepted a drug shipment passing through the city in the early morning hours of September 18.
According to police, the Moses Lake Street Crimes Unit, working with the Tactical Response Team (TRT), conducted a planned vehicle takedown in the WinCo parking lot around 3:00 a.m. Detectives say the stop was part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking.
During the operation, officers seized more than half a pound of methamphetamine, a quarter pound of fentanyl powder, a firearm, and cash. Authorities described the bust as a significant interdiction effort aimed at curbing the flow of dangerous narcotics through the region…
