ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — Reporter’s Notebook: 7News On Your Side is following up on a construction mess infuriating an Arlington County community. A few weeks ago, we told you how businesses are hurting along Columbia Pike due to an ongoing infrastructure project costing taxpayers $161 million. Now, residents are raising concerns about their safety.
For the past few years, contractors have been overhauling a miles-long stretch of Columbia Pike in Arlington called the Columbia Pike Multimodal Street Improvements project.
