RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – A Richmond Heights woman is celebrating a lottery win after using numbers that honored her late husband.
According to a press release from the Ohio Lottery, the woman won a $25,417 Pick 5 prize after playing the same numbers she always does as a tribute to her late husband.
