A seafood market in Biloxi, Mississippi, has announced a recall of approximately 98,916 pounds of catfish fillet products that experts are concerned restaurants and consumers might have in their refrigerators or freezers.
Quality Poultry & Seafood, Inc. issued the recall in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) on Monday after the agency was notified that the products were produced “without the benefit of federal inspection.”…
