ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – In the evening of Friday, September 19, the Roanoke Police Department began investigations into two major crashes.
At 5:35 p.m., officers responded to the first crash at the intersection of 19th Street and Hanover Avenue Northwest. According to reports, the crash involved a moped and SUV.
Officials say the driver and passenger of the moped were taken to a local hospital for serious injuries, and three people in the SUV were taken for non-life-threatening injuries…
