CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The City of Canyon gathered on Thursday for the State of the City event, highlighting the city’s growth and outlining plans for the future.
Canyon officials shared their vision for economic development, infrastructure and public safety.
Mayor Gary Hinders highlighted the city’s growth, including plans for 1,900 new homes over the next decade. New businesses like The Lumberyard and Pondaseta Brewing Co. are also helping boost Canyon’s economy.
